Vice President of Supply ChainSouthern California (South Bay – Onsite)$180,000 – $200,000 Base + BonusLocation: Southern California (Onsite)A well-established, multi-unit restaurant brand to identify a Vice President of Supply Chain. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy across a growing restaurant network.This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically—owning procurement, distribution, and supplier relationships while ensuring seamless execution at the store level.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business objectivesPartner with executive leadership on risk management, cost control, and growth initiativesBuild scalable processes, systems, and team structureProcurement & Cost ManagementLead sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and contract managementMonitor commodity markets and manage cost of goods (COGS)Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Culinary on product sourcingLogistics & DistributionOversee distribution networks, 3PL partners, and supplier performanceEnsure consistent, on-time delivery of product across all locationsSupport commissary and production needs as applicableOperations & ExecutionEnsure uninterrupted product flow to all restaurant locationsSupport new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiativesDrive improvements in forecasting, inventory management, and replenishmentQuality & Food SafetyMaintain vendor quality assurance programs and food safety standardsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirementsAddress and resolve supply or quality issues as neededSystems & AnalyticsLead supply chain systems, reporting, and data visibility initiativesEstablish KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvementTeam LeadershipLead and develop a small but growing supply chain teamOperate as a hands-on leader with the ability to scale the function over timeQualifications10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experienceMulti-unit restaurant or QSR experience requiredProven ownership of procurement, supplier management, and distributionStrong background in cost control, vendor negotiations, and logisticsExperience supporting store-level operations in a multi-unit environmentStrong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP/WMS systems preferredWhat We're Looking ForA leader who can own the full supply chain—not just one piece of itSomeone who understands the realities of restaurant operations (speed, consistency, margins)A hands-on operator who can drive execution, not just strategyA strong cross-functional partner who can influence Operations and Leadership
