Crushing & Screening Plant Supervisors & LaborersDenney Excavating, Inc. is hiring experienced crushing and screening field personnel for contract crushing operations in the Indianapolis, IN area. The core of our work is within 75 to 100 miles of Central Indiana.Ideal candidate requirements:* Minimum 2 to 5+ years of experience.* Experience operating crushers, screen plants, conveyors, and support equipment.* MSHA, part 46 certification, preferred but not required.* Work 40-55 hours per week, year-round.* Good attitude, work ethic, and a team player.* Complete tasks in a timely manner.* Assist with routine maintenance, cutting, welding, inspections, screen changes, hydraulics, and general labor.* Can visually inspect a machine and be able to see if equipment needs repaired.* Willing to work overtime, if needed to finish a job.* This role requires physical endurance and teamwork in various weather conditions and a harsh heavy industrial environment, with year-round work.* Willing to ask questions and work together to solve issues.* Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe.Our Equipment:* Powerscreen crushing and screening equipment.* McCloskey crushing and screening equipment.* Kleemann crushing and screening equipment.* Portable track and wheel mounted crushing and screening equipment.Contract Crushing Applications:ConcreteAsphaltLimestoneSand and GravelBenefits:* Insurance* Operators union, local 103* Laborers union, local 120Requirements:Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.Work with and comply with company safety policies.Willing to obtain MSHA, Part 46 training, if not already certified.
