This role is responsible for driving brand growth, engagement, and conversion across all major social platforms through a mix of organic and paid strategies.This is a hands-on, creative and analytical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and community building. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand voice, scaling audience growth, and turning social into a meaningful driver of both digital and retail sales.The MandateBuild and execute a high-impact social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goalsGrow and engage a global community across all major social platformsLeverage paid and organic campaigns to drive measurable business outcomesElevate brand voice and storytelling across channelsDevelop and scale influencer and partnership programsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2C social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and othersCreate compelling, on-brand social content including copy, visuals, and campaign conceptsLead planning and execution of social campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, and brand initiativesManage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google, optimizing for performance and ROIDefine and evolve brand voice across social channels, ensuring consistency and engagementPartner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaignsBuild and scale influencer marketing programs, identifying and activating key partnersTrack, analyze, and report on social performance, including engagement, growth, conversions, and ROIContinuously test, learn, and optimize strategies based on performance data and competitive insightsIdentify and implement tools and platforms to streamline content creation, publishing, and analyticsIdeal Profile3–6+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within consumer or lifestyle brandsProven track record of growing brand-owned social channels and driving engagementExperience managing both organic and paid social campaignsStrong writing skills with the ability to develop compelling, brand-aligned contentFamiliarity with social analytics, ROI measurement, and performance optimizationExperience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related toolsBasic design sensibility with experience using tools like Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital growth strategiesExperience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldLocation & Work ModelEl Segundo, CAHybrid work model with regular in-office collaborationCompensation$100,000 to $130,000 base salary + bonusFinal package aligned with experience and scope
