This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, pricing, and shipment updates while ensuring accurate data entry and account maintenance. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively across multiple departments.Responsibilities:Enter and process customer orders accurately within internal systemsRespond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and deliveriesMaintain customer accounts, records, and order documentationResolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teamsProvide written and verbal quotations for products and servicesCommunicate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to support timely order fulfillmentAssist with reporting, administrative tasks, and inside sales support activitiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferredPrevious customer service, order entry, administrative, or manufacturing support experience preferredStrong computer and data entry skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional and team-oriented attitudeAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
