Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Hybrid | Norton Shores, MIContract: 4-5 monthsPay: $19-23/hrBenefits: Vision, Dental, Health, 401kSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to make an immediate impact.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day customer service support via phone and emailAssist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolutionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate serviceMaintain accurate records and documentationQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar office-based roleExperience in a manufacturing environment or with industrial parts distribution is a strong plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with the ability to learn quicklyHigh school diploma or GED requiredTeam-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departmentsMust be comfortable working onsite
