Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.Participates in ongoing training initiatives to stay current on new systems and processes.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred1-2 years of relevant customer service experience providing service through the telephone and via email, preferably in the relocation industryBilingual capability (English/Spanish) preferredAdditional QualificationsExcellent customer service and administrative skillsComputer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary softwareDemonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasksAbility to follow policies and proceduresCan-do attitudeGenuine desire to help othersTeam oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgencyDesire to embrace our core values: Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
