Real Estate Salesperson - Associate & Experienced Brokers (Boston, MA)

DescriptionSURMOUNT Brokerage (formerly NNN Pro), the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire both Associate-level and Experienced brokers / salespersons to join its rapidly growing Boston-based brokerage office. SURMOUNT's Brokerage Divisions (headquartered in NYC) was formed more than 25 years ago and has sold/cold closed more than $38 billion of net lease real estate, and includes more than 130 team members located across the country.Candidates must have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate sales.Associates receive a partial forgivable draw in addition to commissions, however, please note this role is a primarily commission-based role with unlimited earnings potential.Responsibilities:Database and perform proactive outreach to prospective clientsCreate proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandumsPerform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reportsAnalyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence materialConsolidate sales, market, and rent comparablesAssist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documentsTravel to sites / properties to provide brokers /clients with informed insightsRequired Qualifications:Experience or demonstrated interest in salesDemonstrated interest in real estate industryProficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust obtain Massachusetts Real Estate License within first 90 daysDesired Qualifications:Comfortable with cold calls and client outreachUnderstanding of real estate fundamentalsEffective oral and written communication skillsOutstanding quantitative and analytical skillsMotivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detailA desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
