Inside Sales/ Account Manager Hybrid in Plymouth, MISummary/ObjectiveOur client is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as an advisor in developing and maintaining client relationships. This role focuses on generating transactions that lead to client engagement in training and consultative services.Essential Functions:Independently pursue and generate new sales leads while developing and maintaining client and partner relationshipsUnderstand and interact with clients to comprehend their business requirementsDevelop client proposals and supporting documentation using SalesforcePartner closely with clients to schedule and deliver engagementsResponsible for contract confirmation, project kick-off, scheduling, and approval to invoiceMeet or exceed sales goals as defined by VP of Business Development and StrategyUpdate and maintain client information and reports in SalesforceManage survey completion and monitor client impactUnderstand the voice of the customer to support product development activitiesAdditional Duties:Collaborate with marketing to compose and send event promotion communicationsSupport marketing efforts through social media usage and outreachPartner with the Delivery Team to update pricing and course offerings within SalesforceLocation Perks:This role is based in Plymouth, MI, a vibrant community known for its rich history and close-knit atmosphere. Occasional exposure to hazardous situations and manufacturing environments is expected. The work environment can occasionally be noisy and have variable temperatures, potentially requiring outdoor work.
