ServiceNow Developer

DataStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to fill a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC. *This role is remote Job Description: Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Builder to support the design, configuration, and development of workflows, applications, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on hands-on platform development, automation of operational processes, and creation of actionable dashboards and reports that support enterprise IT and healthcare operations.The ideal candidate has strong experience building within ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, Incident, Request, and Change Management, and is highly skilled in report development, dashboards, and data visualization within ServiceNow.This contractor will work closely with IT operations, governance teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and visibility.Responsibilities:Design, build, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalog items, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics that support operational decision-making.Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request fulfillment workflows.Configure and support Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management modules.Develop scripts and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.Collaborate with IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow governance and development standards.Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.Document configurations, workflows, and reporting structures.Required Skills:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.3 Years - Hands-on ServiceNow development experience3 Years - Strong experience configuring ITSM modules3 Years - Experience building ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics3 Years - Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts3 Years - Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutionsDesired Skills:3 Years - Experience developing advanced ServiceNow reporting and analytics3 Years - Experience supporting healthcare IT or large enterprise environmentsThis position is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
