Position: Licensed Mortgage Loan OfficerWe are looking for a motivated, licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help serve a steady flow of provided leads. This position is ideal for someone who wants the opportunity to grow their mortgage business with structure, support, systems, and a clear process already in place.The right candidate will be responsible for working incoming leads, following up consistently, completing borrower consultations, structuring loan options, and guiding clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.This role is not just about taking applications. We are looking for someone who can build trust with clients, communicate clearly, follow proven systems, and help borrowers feel confident through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Loan Officer will be responsible for:Working company-provided leads in a timely and professional mannerFollowing the company's loan process, scripts, charts, and SOPsContacting new leads quickly by phone, text, and emailSetting consultations with potential borrowersReviewing borrower goals, income, credit, assets, timeline, and loan needsCompleting mortgage applications accuratelyCollecting required borrower documentationStructuring loan options based on borrower qualifications and goalsExplaining loan programs, payments, down payment options, closing costs, and timelinesMaintaining consistent follow-up with leads, active clients, real estate agents, and referral partnersUpdating the CRM with accurate notes, tasks, and borrower statusWorking closely with processors, LOAs, and leadership to move files forwardAttending scheduled team calls, training sessions, and pipeline reviewsFollowing up with past clients and database opportunitiesMaintaining high-quality communication throughout the loan processStaying compliant with all company, state, federal, and licensing requirementsWhat We ProvideThis position includes:Company-provided leadsA structured mortgage processSOPs and workflow charts to followScripts and consultation guidanceCRM support and follow-up systemsTeam support from processing and operationsTraining on our preferred process from lead to closeAccountability, coaching, and growth opportunitiesA clear system for managing new leads, active files, and long-term follow-upIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is:Licensed as a Mortgage Loan OriginatorComfortable working leads and making outbound callsOrganized and able to follow a defined processStrong with client communicationCoachable and willing to use company scripts, SOPs, and systemsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAble to manage multiple borrowers and files at the same timeComfortable discussing credit, income, assets, payments, and loan optionsStrong at follow-up and relationship buildingProfessional with borrowers, agents, referral partners, and internal team membersWilling to be held accountable to activity, follow-up, and production goalsRequired QualificationsActive Mortgage Loan Originator licenseKnowledge of mortgage loan programs and basic loan structuringAbility to communicate clearly by phone, text, and emailStrong attention to detailAbility to follow compliance guidelinesComfortable using CRM systems and loan origination platformsAbility to work independently while following team processesPreferred QualificationsExperience working internet leads or purchased leadsExperience with FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, or bank statement loansExperience using Arrive, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM/LOS platformsExisting referral relationships are a plus, but not requiredStrong phone skills and consultation-based sales experienceCompensationCompensation will be commission-based and tied to closed loan production. Specific compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, licensing, and production ability.
