Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Loan Officer will be responsible for consulting with clients to assess their mortgage needs, analyzing credit and financial information, and guiding clients through the loan application process. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with both clients and Referral Partners, managing loan pipelines, and staying updated on lending products, policies, and market trends. Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster client and partner relationshipsProficiency in assessing financial documents, analyzing credit, and evaluating lending riskKnowledge of mortgage products, lender guidelines, and market conditionsExperience in sales, marketing, and referral-based business developmentOrganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectivelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferredActive Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in compliance with state and federal regulations is requiredExperience with loan origination software and CRM systems is a plus
