**Federal Project - Requires US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance**Baer is looking for Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Warner Robins, GA.Title: Organizational Change Management ConsultantLocation: Hybrid - Warner Robins, GA (Mon-Thur)Duration: 12 monthsRate: All-InclusiveAlignment: W2 or C2COverviewWe are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME to support change initiatives related to the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system within a Defense-focused aircraft maintenance environment. This role focuses on providing direct, hands-on support to end users and guiding teams through changes associated with MRO processes and systems.You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to identify key influencers, promote adoption of new processes, and ensure alignment and engagement throughout the change lifecycle. Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills will be essential to drive successful outcomes.Description:Provide direct support to end-users in the field using the MRO systemSupport and implement organizational change initiativesIdentify key stakeholders and influencers to drive changeDevelop and deliver clear, effective communication materialsConduct employee engagement activities to encourage adoption of new systems/processesIdentify risks and resistance to change, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate workshops, training sessions, or focus groups as neededRequirements:Experience working with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) systemsIndustry or functional experience in aircraft maintenanceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across functionsExperience with Impresa softwareFamiliarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)Experience supporting defense or aerospace clientsBackground in facilitating training, workshops, or focus groupsBachelor's degreeCompany Overview:Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
