This role focuses on providing direct, hands-on support to end users and guiding teams through changes associated with MRO processes and systems.You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to identify key influencers, promote adoption of new processes, and ensure alignment and engagement throughout the change lifecycle. Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills will be essential to drive successful outcomes.Description:Provide direct support to end-users in the field using the MRO systemSupport and implement organizational change initiativesIdentify key stakeholders and influencers to drive changeDevelop and deliver clear, effective communication materialsConduct employee engagement activities to encourage adoption of new systems/processesIdentify risks and resistance to change, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate workshops, training sessions, or focus groups as needed Requirements:Experience working with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) systemsIndustry or functional experience in aircraft maintenanceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across functionsExperience with Impresa softwareFamiliarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)Experience supporting defense or aerospace clientsBackground in facilitating training, workshops, or focus groupsBachelor's degree
