Thisis a work from home position for various well-known major corporations.Various clients to choose from suchasTheme Park ReservationsCruise ShipOnline AuctionHome Repair StoresCable/Internet ProviderAnd MORE!AVAILABLE SHIFTS:·Flexible Scheduling ( Set your own)·Minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 40+ depending on the client·Please note it may require weekend availability (either SaturdayAND/OR Sunday)PAYRATES:$9.00-$12.00per hourJOBDUTIES:·Taking incoming calls from clients·Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail·Utilizing the company database to document call information in apaperless environment·Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions·Additional support duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:·A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience,preferably in a call center environment·Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10·Per the client's request, the ability to pass a criminalbackground investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)·Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY·High school diploma or GED·A stable work history·Excellent communication and listening skillsPleaseapply online for immediate consideration.
