Raleigh, NC preferredOverviewOur client is seeking a Data Integration Advisor to join a collaborative, cross-functional team responsible for translating business needs into data-driven solutions. This role blends technical data expertise with business analysis, requiring strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data profiling capabilities.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across teams-including business stakeholders, product support, and data engineering-to ensure accurate, efficient, and actionable data solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders across multiple functional areasPerform data analysis and data profiling to ensure data quality, integrity, and usabilityTranslate business requirements into detailed specifications for data engineers and technical teamsWrite and optimize complex SQL queries (Snowflake environment) to support analysis and validationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including:Business stakeholders with varying technical expertiseData engineers responsible for coding and integrationProduct support teamsCoordinate across multiple initiatives, effectively managing and prioritizing concurrent projectsIdentify and troubleshoot data issues, working through problems at both a high-level and granular levelCommunicate findings, insights, and solutions clearly through strong written and verbal communicationWork with internal teams and external vendors, adapting to different systems and processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or similar analytical roleStrong proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake preferred; Teradata experience a plus)Proven ability to perform data analysis, profiling, and validationExperience translating business requirements into technical solutionsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and balance competing prioritiesStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving mindset with attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services environmentsActuarial experience is a major plusPrior experience working with data integration or data engineering teamsExperience working with external vendors or third-party partnersBackground as a programmer analyst or hybrid technical/analytical roleManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
