Dealer Performance Coordinator
The Dealer Performance Coordinator is responsible for the operational backbone of the Dealer Performance Workstream within the Value Creation Program (VCP). This role ensures that all workstream initiatives, performance tracking, and reporting activities are executed on time, consistently, and with full organizational alignment. Acting as both a project manager and coordinator, the Dealer Performance Coordinator supports wave-level execution, maintains the centralized performance reporting infrastructure, and ensures all stakeholders — analytics, field, and leadership — remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. This role is critical to maintaining execution discipline and enabling the broader team to operate at pace and scale.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution Management:Own coordination of all Dealer Performance Workstream initiatives across VCP waves — ensuring activities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered on scheduleMaintain and manage the master workplan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership across all active initiativesDrive cross-functional alignment between analytics, field execution, and leadership teams to ensure consistent understanding of priorities and deliverablesProactively identify risks, delays, and gaps in execution — escalating issues and driving resolution to maintain momentumPerformance Reporting & TrackingOwn the centralized Dealer Performance reporting structure — ensuring consistent and accurate tracking of workstream performance across all wavesCompile and maintain wave-level performance reports, consolidating inputs from multiple teams into a clear, actionable view of progressEnsure reporting outputs are updated on a defined cadence and aligned with VCP governance and leadership reporting requirementsTrack initiative-level KPIs, completion status, and impact metrics across the workstreamGovernance & CommunicationSupport the Dealer Performance governance cadence — including preparation of materials for program reviews, leadership updates, and SLT reportingEnsure clear communication across all stakeholders regarding timelines, expectations, and status updatesDocument key decisions, action items, and follow-ups from workstream meetings and ensure accountability for completionOperational Support & Workstream EnablementProvide general operational and clerical support across the Dealer Performance Workstream — ensuring smooth day-to-day functioningStandardize processes, templates, and reporting formats to drive consistency and efficiency across initiativesSupport onboarding and alignment of new initiatives, ensuring they integrate cleanly into the overall workstream structureBasic QualificationsBachelors Degree RequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or similar role — preferably within automotive or complex cross-functional environmentsStrong organizational and project management skills — ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail with strong discipline in tracking, reporting, and process executionAbility to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, structured reporting outputsStrong communication skills — able to coordinate across diverse teams and maintain alignment without direct authorityComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving program environment with shifting prioritiesProficiency in standard reporting and project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, trackers, etc.)Our Benefits — Designed With You In MindComprehensive Health & Well-being CoverageFrom your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
