Canyon Ranch is a recipient of Travel + Leisure's Best Spa Award, as well as the Condé Nast Traveler Best Destination Spa Award.Most recently, Canyon Ranch was honored by the MICHELIN Guide as the top wellness hotel and #1 resort in the Americas. with the Tucson and Lenox resorts having received prestigious MICHELIN Keys recognizing excellence in hospitality.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE* Instruct tennis lessons and clinics for players of all skill levels, from beginner to expert.* Provide high-quality guest service while maintaining professionalism at all times.* Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and organize guest tournaments.* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of tennis courts and equipment.* Manage and order racquet sports equipment as needed.* Follow all safety procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff.* Support the overall operations of the Racquet Sports Department.QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL* 2-4 years of previous teaching experience in Tennis and Pickleball* RSPA or PTR/PPR certification in Tennis and Pickleball required.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment.WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE* Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.* A supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.PAY RANGE: $35.53 / hour
