Front Desk Coordinator

Our Front Desk Coordinator will greet and assist a diverse group of internal and external clients via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interaction. This position is a crucial role at our Global Headquarters facility and ensures the highest level of service & attention to detail to all clients and processes. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and direct a high volume of incoming calls appropriatelyGreet incoming clients and ensure they are directed to where they need to go and who they are meeting with in a friendly mannerAnswer basic inquiries, route calls to appropriate personnel and take messages as necessaryPerform other duties such as Maintain schedule for on-site conference roomsMail room functionsCreate badges for new employeesStocking Coffee areasOrder catering/office suppliesProvide administrative support as neededA variety of other related duties as requestedEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with basic office administrative procedures with knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment REQUIRED SKILLSMust have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected levelSuccessful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environmentMust possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmospherePerform in a high paced business environmentHigh ethical standards and integrity, along with a proven ability to pivot when necessary.Exceptional attention to detail.
