Position SummaryThe Receptionist is the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors and plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming environment that reflects the firm's standards. This role also provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.LocationThis position is located in Mayfield Heights. It is an on-site role Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesReception DutiesGreet and assist all visitors in a professional, courteous, and efficient mannerAnswer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate individualMaintain building security by following Ancora procedures and managing the visitor logbookCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)Receive and distribute courier packages to the appropriate internal partiesSort and distribute incoming Ancora mailOrganize and distribute tenant mail within designated building areasAdministrative & Operational SupportProvide general administrative support across departments as neededAssist with office coordination tasks and day-to-day operational needsSupport special projects and additional duties as assignedSecondary Job DutiesOther duties as assignedEducation and Work Experience QualificationsHigh School Diploma, required3+ years of administrative or related professional experience2+ years of experience in a professional client-facing environmentMicrosoft Team and Zoom experience, preferredRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanorStrong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to follow established policies and procedures consistentlyProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitude
