Come join our team!SummaryAs the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence within the restaurant sector. You will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, forecast market trends, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in positioning our POS solutions as the preferred choice for restaurants of all sizes.Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the restaurant industry. Sales Forecasting: Utilize data analytics to forecast sales and track performance against goals, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer needs. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and long-term agreements. Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the restaurant technology or POS industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
