The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding market share and developing strategic partnerships within the healthcare revenue cycle ecosystem. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with health systems, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations, as well as leading the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution. The Regional Vice President will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, positioning RCM solutions that enhance reimbursement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated success in selling RCM solutions. A strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payer requirements, and regulatory compliance is essential. The role requires experience in consultative and solution-based selling to C-suite and executive stakeholders, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas, be adept at pipeline forecasting, and possess a high level of integrity, dependability, and a results-oriented approach.Travel Percent
