In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems by creating, reviewing, and evaluating high-quality engineering content. No prior AI experience is required—your domain expertise is what matters.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality multiple-choice questions (single correct answer) within your area of electrical engineering expertise.Create detailed explanations and evaluation rubrics to ensure technical accuracy and educational value.Review and validate AI-generated content related to electrical engineering concepts.Provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses.Collaborate remotely with project teams through asynchronous communication.Clearly document and communicate technical concepts for a variety of audiences.Support the continuous improvement of AI training datasets by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's or PhD preferred).Strong expertise in at least one of the following:Analog CircuitsDigital CircuitsRF EngineeringPower Electronics with a focus on Integrated Circuits (IC)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience creating technical assessments, educational content, or evaluation rubrics.Teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or instructional experience in electrical engineering.Experience reviewing technical documentation or engineering content.Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams using remote communication tools.Interest in emerging AI technologies and their applications in engineering.
