Produces and inspects parts by working on a line.Supervisory Responsibilities: N/AEssential Duties/Responsibilities Follows all safety procedures when operating machinery Inspects parts for quality issues Informs management of all quality issues Follows standard work procedures to perform job duties Maintains 5S Standards Assists in performing preventative maintenance assignments Performs machine set ups Understands individual process stations on all equipment Clears all faults and restarts machinery Supports continuous improvement programsCompetencies Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills Ability to Learn and Follow Standard Work Instructions Flexibility with Performing Tasks According to Plant NeedsPreferred Education And/or Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent 6 Months of Related Experience and/or TrainingMathematical Skills Ability to Work with Basic Mathematical ConceptsPhysical Demands Required to Stand, Walk, Sit, Talk, and Hear Plant is Not Climate-Controlled May be Required to Lift and/or Move up to 50 Pounds DailyReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
