Bilingual Manufacturing Line Lead (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to support daily production operations, lead team members, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will play a key part in driving production success. Pay & Shifts1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $20/hr Weekend Shift: Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $20/hr Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate production line employees to ensure safe and efficient operations Monitor production performance, output, scrap, and downtime; escalate issues as needed Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements Communicate daily production goals and expectations to the team Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues Maintain accurate production records and reports Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Promote teamwork and a positive, respectful work environment QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing processes Bilingual in Spanish and English required Skills & CompetenciesLeadership and team coordination Strong communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to safety and quality standards Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
