As an Occupational Therapist with Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their independence, regain functional abilities, and improve their overall quality of life.Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop individualized treatment plansImplement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to achieve treatment goalsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plansMaintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plansEducate residents, family members, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategiesOccupational Therapist Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programCurrent licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of MissouriMinimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a strong desire to work with seniorsAbility to work Per Diem/PRN shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teamsIf you're a motivated and compassionate occupational therapist looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
