As a vital member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a key (OT) Occupational Therapist role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, helping them to maintain or improve their independence and quality of life.(OT) Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: Assess referred patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their medical condition, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, treatment sessions, and documentation Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals, under the direction of physicians Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and QIGs to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines(OT) Occupational Therapist Requirements/Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy college or university Must have a valid Occupational Therapy professional license and registration for the state of Missouri Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred Experience with Case Mix Index and PPS scheduling is preferredIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity at Aspire Senior Living Webb City!
