Our team works collaboratively to meet client needs and support candidates throughout the hiring process. As the business continues to develop, we are looking to add a team member to support our recruiting and sales efforts. About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter & Sales Consultant to support our expansion by building strong candidate pipelines and developing new client relationships. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with business development and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Do Recruiting Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through onboarding Sales & Business Development Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships Conduct discovery calls and present staffing solutions Manage client accounts and build long-term partnerships Negotiate rates, contracts, and placement terms What We’re Looking For 3-5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling Self-starter mindset with an interest in growing a business Billingual (English and Spanish) Why Join Us Opportunity to make a real impact at a growing small business Competitive base salary + commission Room for advancement as the company grows How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about why this role excites you to lbandy@firstplacementservices.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: Staffing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brea, CA 92821
