Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician (Springfield MO)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment and systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility.Essential Responsibilities:Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.Lead and coordinate maintenance activities during planned shutdowns and emergency repairs.Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.Install, align, and commission new machinery and production lines.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues and implement solutions.Mentor and train junior technicians; serve as a technical resource for the maintenance team.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS software.Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to improve equipment reliability and workplace safety.Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma projects.
