Job DescriptionSenior Civil Litigation / Real Estate AttorneyLocation: Denver, ColoradoThe Staff Pad has partnered with a well-established law office in Denver to hire a Senior Civil Litigation / Real Estate Attorney. This full-time role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a professional office space and the opportunity to lead complex cases and help grow the practice. The senior attorney will manage a substantial caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and have the ability to expand the team as the practice continues to grow.Qualifications & Experience8-10+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate lawExtensive trial experience, including serving as first chair in complex mattersProven ability to manage a high-volume, independent caseloadLeadership experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneysResponsibilitiesHandle complex civil litigation and real estate cases from intake to resolutionLead trial proceedings and other court appearances as neededMentor junior attorneys and contribute to team developmentOption to bring personal cases for a higher compensation percentageCollaborate with firm leadership to grow and expand the practiceCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $190,000-$200,000, plus performance-based bonusesHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceFlexible PTO401(k) plan
