Independent Esthetician Room Rental (Waxing preferred)

ROOM RENTAL – NOT AN EMPLOYEE POSITION We are offering a private treatment room for a licensed esthetician to operate independently within a professional and welcoming salon environment at Salon 695 in Denver. This is a perfect opportunity for an esthetician who is ready to grow their own business while working in a supportive, well-maintained space. We are specifically looking for someone who is confident and experienced in waxing services, along with other skincare treatments. What You’ll Do Provide esthetic services to your own clients, with a strong focus on body and facial waxing (including Brazilian waxing preferred) Manage your own bookings, pricing, and client relationships Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional workspace at all times Build and promote your business through word-of-mouth and social media What We’re Looking For Active esthetician license (required) Experience and confidence in waxing services (this is a priority) Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and run your own business Strong client service and communication skills What We Offer Private treatment room in a clean, professional salon Flexible schedule – set your own hours Opportunity to grow your own brand and business Supportive environment with other beauty professionals ($340 per week) Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
