Our employees use their creativity and talent to invent new solutions, meet demands, and offer the most effective services available in our industry.St. Anthony Community Care Center is seeking an RN, Every Other Weekend Supervisor!We invite you to become a part of an innovative team and one of the fastest-growing Retirement Living, Home Health and Hospice Companies that spans across Louisiana and Mississippi with over 2,000 healthcare professionals!Commcare Corporation' s mission is to be an innovative leader in the development and delivery of quality health care services, and to be committed to a learning environment that attracts and develops dedicated care givers.RequirementsDemonstrates leadership and has the ability to organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.Implement changes as determined by the Nursing of Director.Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.QualificationsCurrent Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.Demonstrated leadership skills.Ability to work weekends.Current/active CPR certification preferred.Long-term care experience preferred.Other QualificationsHas not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
