This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting clients, designing outdoor spaces, closing projects, and leading crews to deliver exceptional results.Position Overview As a Landscape Designer / Project Manager , you will guide clients from initial consultation through design, sale, and project completion . You will work closely with homeowners, commercial property managers, and our field teams to bring outdoor visions to life while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.This role blends design creativity, client relationships, sales, and field leadership .Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & SalesMeet with residential and commercial clients to understand their goals, budgets, and design expectationsDevelop creative landscape designs that enhance the functionality and beauty of each propertyPresent designs and proposals to clients and confidently close projectsDesign & Project DevelopmentCreate professional landscape designs and material selections including plantings, hardscape elements, grading considerations, and site featuresEnsure designs align with site conditions, plant health best practices, and long-term sustainabilityProject ManagementCoordinate with field crews and foremen to ensure projects are executed according to design and client expectationsManage project timelines, materials, and installation detailsConduct site visits to ensure quality control and client satisfactionCommercial Client SupportWork with our 27+ commercial property clients to design and implement landscape improvements, upgrades, and seasonal projectsQualifications Industry experience required in landscaping, landscape design, or landscape salesProven ability to sell landscape projects and manage installation crewsStrong knowledge of plant species, plant health, and landscape materials suited to Minnesota climatesAbility to read site plans, understand grading considerations, and develop functional designsStrong communication and client relationship skillsSelf-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resultsWhat We Offer Company vehicleiPad, laptop, and company phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceRetirement planMinnesota Safe and Sick TimeMinnesota Paid Family Medical LeaveStrong operational and ownership supportEstablished crews and equipment ready to execute your projectsOpportunity to grow with a stable, family-owned companyAbout ProScapes ProScapes Lawn, Landscape, & Snow is a locally owned and operated company serving the Twin Cities for over a decade .
