We provide professional property maintenance services to commercial clients including HOAs, retail centers, and commercial buildings throughout the south metro. Our team takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service while maintaining clean equipment, professional crews, and long-term relationships with our clients.We are currently looking for dependable Lawn Care Technicians to join our lawn maintenance team. Job SummaryThe Lawn Care Technician works as part of a crew performing commercial property maintenance. This role focuses on lawn mowing, trimming, edging, landscape bed maintenance, and seasonal property services.This is a great position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful properties. ResponsibilitiesLawn & Landscape MaintenancePerform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowingAssist with maintaining landscape beds including weeding, planting, pruning, and mulchingHelp complete seasonal cleanups and general property maintenanceEnsure properties are maintained to the high quality standards of ProScapesEquipment OperationOperate lawn care equipment safely including:Commercial mowersString trimmersEdgersBlowersAssist with routine equipment care including cleaning and basic maintenanceHelp load and unload equipment and materials Teamwork & OperationsWork closely with the Foreman and crew members to complete daily routes efficientlyAssist in keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organizedTreat customers' properties with respect and professionalismFollow safety procedures and company standards Winter OpportunitiesAssist with snow removal operations during winter monthsTasks may include shoveling, snow plowing assistance, and applying de-icing materials Experience & QualificationsPrevious lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform physical work including lifting, walking, and operating equipmentStrong work ethic and reliabilityPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamValid driver's license preferred Added Benefit – Winter Work AvailableUnlike many lawn care companies, ProScapes also provides snow plowing services for our commercial clients.We welcome our summer lawn care team members to continue working with us during the winter season, providing opportunities for additional income and more consistent year-round work.
