Remote Construction Sales Leader - Growth & Strategy
Solforce Solutions is seeking a full-time, Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and client acquisition through high-level client engagement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-income sales position for top performers.We offer a base salary, uncapped commission, paid medical, PTO, and 401K.
This role is pivotal in shaping business strategies that enhance client acquisition, retention, and revenue performance within the Greater Phoenix Market.
Responsibilities Include
Developing and maintaining business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to maximize account performance.
Promote and manage sales activity and pipeline
Cultivate strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize client conversion and penetration in market.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate client acquisition strategies.
Job Requirements
The Sales Manager must have the ability to work in a high-energy team environment, be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record. We find that individuals who have a true passion for sales, are competitive, and driven by success are the key contributors to our business.
Sales experience within the staffing or construction industry is preferred..
Sales experience in a B2B environment
Proven work experience as a top-tier sales professional focused on business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
Standard computer skills - experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalents.
Candidate must be local to greater Phoenix area.
