Product Sales Manager – Perimeter SolutionsLocation: Scottsdale, Arizona (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Construction & TradesCategory: Sales / Field SalesThe Product Sales Manager – Perimeter Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth by maximizing product penetration within an assigned territory. This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, converting inbound inquiries, and developing strong customer relationships to expand market share and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GrowthDrive revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and account developmentBuild and maintain a strong sales pipelineAchieve KPI targets (calls, quotes, activations, revenue, and volume)Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesTerritory & Market DevelopmentIdentify high-potential customers, industries, and market segmentsConduct market research and competitive analysisDevelop and execute territory and account-specific sales strategiesCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsConduct regular client engagement, including site visitsProvide tailored solutions based on customer needsProduct KnowledgeMaintain deep understanding of perimeter solution productsAct as a subject matter expert for customersCommunicate product value proposition effectivelyReporting & CRM ManagementUtilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipelineMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and forecastsGenerate sales performance and market trend reportsCollaborationWork closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, support)Communicate account strategies and updates across teamsEnsure seamless execution of sales strategiesQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)1+ year of outbound prospecting or sales experienceStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Ability to make 30–40 calls per dayProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Willingness to work onsite (Monday–Friday)PreferredExperience in construction, industrial, or equipment salesExperience with inbound and outbound sales cyclesWork StructureOnsite role (M–F)Travel: Up to 5% (local customer visits)
