Please apply online and email your resume with a cover letter to hr@baydermatology.com Requirements  Education & TrainingDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.Licensure & CertificationBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology or equivalent).Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start).Current DEA registration.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ post-residency dermatology experience preferred; new graduates with strong training will be      considered.Experience in medical, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology (flexibility based on practice needs and candidate’s interests).Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort working in a fast-paced private practice environment.Core Skills & CompetenciesStrong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues.Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.Ability to collaborate with other physicians, APPs (PAs/NPs), and support staff.Dedication to maintaining professional development and continuing education.Additional Preferred Qualifications (optional, depending on your practice’s focus)Fellowship training (e.g., Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, dermatopathology).Established patient base or referral relationships in the community.Compensation Information:Details:$350k-$400k
