Job Title: Communications Specialist Department: MarketingDirect Reports: NoFLSA Classification: ExemptSummary:The Communications Specialist supports the execution of Dexian’s internal and enterprise communications programs by managing several components of day-to-day channel operations, content development, and performance tracking. This role ensures communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and timely while reinforcing Dexian’s culture, values, and business priorities. This individual collaborates with members of the Communications and Marketing team and cross-functional partners across departments — including HR, IT, Operations, Legal, and B2B/B2C Marketing — to execute high-quality communications across multiple channels.This role is highly execution-focused and detail-oriented, supporting key communications platforms such as digital signage, internal newsletters, enterprise email campaigns, and executive social media content. The Communications Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining channel consistency, supporting reporting and metrics, and assisting with executive visibility initiatives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Internal Communications Channel Execution Execute certain daily and weekly communications through internal platforms, including digital signage, internal newsletters, enterprise email campaigns, and Teams announcements.Support the development, formatting, scheduling, and distribution of internal communications content.Maintain content accuracy, brand consistency, and editorial standards across internal channels.Assist with content updates and posting within the Knowledge Library and other internal platforms.Ensure communications are delivered on schedule and follow established approval workflows and SOPs.Digital Signage & Platform ManagementManage the day-to-day operation of Dexian’s digital signage program, including content uploads, scheduling, and quality control.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and publish signage content aligned with business priorities, campaigns, and announcements.Maintain templates and branding standards across signage and email platforms.Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements to formatting, usability, and engagement.Enterprise All Call Production AssistanceOwn the formatting and monthly production of the Enterprise All Call presentation deck, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to Dexian brand standards.Partner with the Enterprise Communications Manager to gather inputs, organize content, and prepare materials for executive review.Manage version control, edits, and finalization of the deck under tight timelines.Support live Enterprise All Call execution, including assisting with presentation flow, timing, and real-time updates as needed.Assist with post-call follow-up materials, including recap content, slide distribution, and Knowledge Library updates.Maintain and continuously improve templates and processes to increase efficiency and consistency across All Call production.Metrics, Reporting, & Analytics SupportAssist with tracking performance metrics across communications channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, digital signage engagement, and internal platform analytics.Support the creation of regular reporting dashboards and summaries for the Communications team and leadership.Maintain data accuracy and assist with compiling insights that help inform communications strategy and channel optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project SupportPartner with internal stakeholders to gather content and support communications requests aligned with company priorities.Assist with campaign execution supporting employee engagement, recognition initiatives, contests, business updates, and corporate programs.Provide administrative and project support for internal communications campaigns and initiatives.Support Communications team workflows through project tracking tools and content scheduling systems.
