Demand Generation Specialist

Altrata is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty across the full demand gen mix; email, paid media, automation, and analytics, and grow into a well-rounded marketer. You'll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to execute campaigns that drive pipeline, and you'll have real ownership of the work from day one.What you'll doBuild and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end: technical setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ongoing optimizationSupport the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms, working alongside internal team members and external agenciesHelp maintain marketing automation best practices, including list management, email deliverability, and data hygieneCollaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channelsContribute to reporting and analysis, pulling insights from campaign data to inform what we do nextWhat you bring2–4 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS companyHands-on experience with at least one email automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Intercom, Mailchimp, or similar)Solid copywriting instincts, you can write a subject line and a nurture sequence that actually gets openedComfort working with data: you can pull a report, spot a trend, and explain what it meansStrong organizational skills, you manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and flag issues earlyFamiliarity with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms) is a plusExperience with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, or Google Tag Manager is a bonusAbout AltrataWe’re a global partner delivering data and intelligence on the most impactful people to our clients’ success.
