Director of Demand Generation
Job Description: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals.
Build programs that consistently generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign execution.
Apply predictive analytics to identify high-intent prospects and improve conversion and efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI-driven tools into the marketing stack.
Own the funnel from acquisition through conversion, continuously improving conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure strong alignment, clean handoffs, and pipeline quality.
Plan and execute campaigns across channels (paid media, email, content, webinars, events, etc.).
Allocate budget and effort based on performance and ROI.
Build and refine reporting frameworks to measure performance across campaigns and channels.
Translate data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and resource allocation.
Run a high-velocity testing roadmap across messaging, audiences, channels, and offers.
Scale what works and rapidly iterate on what doesn't.
Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging.
Align with Sales on ICP definition, targeting, and pipeline feedback loops.
Collaborate with RevOps and data teams to ensure scalable systems and accurate reporting.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience owning both strategy and execution in B2B SaaS demand generation.
Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong experience building reporting frameworks and using data to optimize performance.
Fluency in SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates).
Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve marketing outcomes.
Curiosity and bias toward adopting new tools and workflows to drive leverage.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ABM platforms (e.g., Demand Base), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with modern AI-enabled tools (intent data, predictive analytics, workflow automation, etc.) such as Clay, Qualified, Warmly, etc.
Comfortable operating as a highly autonomous individual contributor.
Able to move from strategy to execution quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
