This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership skills, commercial roofing experience, and the ability to manage multiple job sites in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate commercial roofing crews on active job sitesEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specificationsMaintain daily communication with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and office staffMonitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and production goalsConduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance standardsPerform site inspections to maintain quality control and workmanship standardsResolve field issues and provide solutions to keep projects moving forwardTrack daily progress reports, jobsite documentation, and workforce productivityEnsure equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained and utilizedMaintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontractorsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing supervisionStrong knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofingAbility to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsOSHA certification preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneouslyValid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout MassachusettsBilingual English/Spanish is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate active construction sitesAbility to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditionsStanding, walking, bending, and physical activity throughout the workdayBenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structureCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePTO and paid holidays401(k) with company matchLong-term growth opportunities within a stable roofing contractorLocationMassachusetts (travel to project sites required)
