Timeline Design+Build is dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience and creating lasting, meaningful spaces. Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in San Jose, CA. The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of custom home design and build projects. Responsibilities include planning, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders, coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing risks, solving challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire duration of a project. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, time management, and task delegationKnowledge of construction processes, building codes, and best practices in the design-build industryStrong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractorsProblem-solving and decision-making abilities for addressing project challenges and ensuring successful outcomesProficiency in project management tools/software and ability to analyze budgets and manage financial aspects of projectsPreferred qualifications include a degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in the design-build or construction industryAbility to work on-site in San Jose, CA, and foster excellent client relationships
