PM Line Cook

The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes for evening service while maintaining Forbes Five-Star hospitality standards and supporting an exceptional guest dining experience. This role works closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure all menu items are prepared with consistency, precision, and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes, production sheets, and presentation standards Maintain clean, organized, and service-ready workstations throughout shifts Ensure all dishes meet quality, consistency, and Forbes Five-Star presentation standards Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely dinner service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with inventory management and communicate product shortages or needs to culinary leadership Support daily mise en place, prep work, and station organization Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team-oriented kitchen environment Assist with additional culinary duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef QualificationsMinimum of 2 years professional line cook experience preferred Fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays More detail about The Ranch at Rock Creek, please visit
