Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and MaintenanceTechnical and Trade SchoolsNavigational, Measuring, Electromedical, and Control Instruments ManufacturingCommercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and MaintenanceOther Fabricated Metal Product ManufacturingWe are seeking Entry‑Level to Senior‑Level Dimensional Calibration Technician with experience using measurement tools.ResponsibilitiesCalibrate test equipment in Dimensional and Mechanical labsMaintain calibration standardsPerform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipmentCollect, record, and summarize, data during calibrationIdentifying abnormalities, trends and/or predicting future valuesIdentify equipment out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action by adjustments, component replacement, correction factors, in accordance with Cascade policies and proceduresOther duties and responsibilities as may be assignedRequirementsMinimum AA degree, formal PMEL training, or equivalent1-2 years of Calibration/Metrology experience preferred. Entry level is welcomeExperience calibrating Thread Ring and Plug Gages, Gage Blocks, and pin gage calibration preferred. Experience using Pratt and Whitney Lab Master, or other LMU measurement units preferredMust be able to perform general mathematical, statistical and algebraical functionsMust possess very good written and oral, communication skillsComputer skills such as use of MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Physical Demands Occasional standing and bending are requiredWorking Environment Works primarily in an engineering laboratory or manufacturing environment at Cascade and/or customer sitesOccasional in state travel requiredBenefitsHealth InsurancePaid Time Off401(k)Pay Range (DOE)$25/hr - $32/hr
