As the company continues to grow, it remains focused on elevating the standard of recruitment through thoughtful strategy and modern tools.Role OverviewThe Talent Advisor plays a central role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts while contributing to the company's continued expansion. This individual manages the entire recruitment lifecycle—from intake through placement and closeout—while also engaging in business development activities to build and grow a personal book of business. This role offers the opportunity to blend relationship-building, consultative sales, and talent strategy in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with strong earning potential and meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of modern recruitment strategiesConduct thorough candidate screenings, evaluations, and documentationLead pre-employment processes including assessments, reference checks, background screenings, and substance testingPromote the company's talent acquisition and outplacement services to prospective and existing clientsLearn and effectively leverage the company's technology stack and value propositionDeliver a positive, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment processParticipate in business development efforts to expand client relationships and generate new opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred3–8 years of experience in corporate or agency full-cycle recruitmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrior sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals is a plusProfessional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageousProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Familiarity with social media platforms as a sourcing and branding toolExperience using AI and LLM tools, including ChatGPT, in a professional settingBenefitsBonus-eligible compensation structure20 days of combined paid time off, plus 2 volunteer days and 8 holidaysComprehensive individual health, dental, and vision coverage (employee-paid) through MVPShort-term disability and life insuranceSimple IRA with up to a 3% employer matchTechnology package to support productivity and successInvitation to ApplyThose who are passionate about talent acquisition and interested in shaping the future of recruitment are encouraged to apply.
