Teaching Assistant / Full Stack Engineer (Next.js, React, Vercel)
Pilot Spring is looking for a sharp, fast-moving Full-Stack Product Engineer TA to support founders during a live, in-person 3-day build sprint.Up to 75k Per Year 3 Day work weeks.This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Next.js, React, frontend systems, API integrations, auth, and product debugging and who can help founders move from messy ideas to real working MVPs quickly.You will work directly with founders, operators, and builders to unblock product issues in real time, help shape working product flows, and keep teams moving toward a launch-ready MVP or profitable pilot.This is not a passive teaching role.
