(Great opportunity for growth into HR Generalist role)Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Coordinator to support our team with a primary focus on payroll processing, along with day-to-day HR support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting employees, and gaining broader experience in Human Resources.You will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and operations to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, while also supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll (Primary Focus)Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on timeReview timecards, earnings, and deductions for accuracyMaintain payroll records, including taxes, deductions, and garnishmentsPartner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll questions or discrepanciesSupport year-end activities such as W-2 processingHuman Resources Support (Secondary)Assist with onboarding and new hire paperworkMaintain employee records in HRIS systemSupport benefits enrollment and employee questionsProvide general support to supervisors and employees regarding policies and processesAssist with audits, reporting, and compliance trackingWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of payroll, HR, or administrative experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential informationOrganized and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity experience a plus)Preferred (Not Required)Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environmentsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related fieldPaylocity HRIS System Experience
