Administrative AssistantOur client is well-established in the insurance space. It's a great time to join their team!The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire human resources department. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet employees and visitors that come to the HR department and make them feel welcomed Assist in organizing and scheduling HR meetings, In-person interviews and events, including scheduling and organizing some corporate eventsAssisting recruiters with some coordination of interview scheduling and troubleshooting technical issuesReceives and distributes office mailPrepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely mannerHandle HR contracts, including managing renewalsProcess purchase orders and ensure proper documentationAssist with maintenance and updates of HR records and database changesProcess and update HRIS Database for certain employee changesProofread and prepare documents and correspondence produced by departmentPreparing and pulling reports using our HRIS and ExcelAddress and fulfill various ad hoc requests from the HR team as neededPerforms other related duties as assignedMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is an absolute must.Candidate must be familiar with database systems.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detailed oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.Must be ale to multi=task and prioritize projects well.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Generous vacation and sick time.Closed on all major holidays.Healthcare benefits begin on your first day of employment.401K with company match and profit sharing.Every 5 years employees receive a generous monetary award to be used toward a vacation.Tuition reimbursement after six months of employment.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
