We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Clearance Manager opportunity with a national mortgage service provider.This position is Hybrid Role 1 or 2 days a week in the office, then remoteThe Title Clearance Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Manage and lead the title clearance team, ensuring productivity, performance, and adherence to company standards.Review and resolve title defects in compliance with federal, state, and client guidelines.Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title agents, and internal teams to resolve complex title issues and meet closing timelines.Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for title clearance processes.Track workflow and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.Stay current on title regulations, industry practices, and mortgage servicing requirements.Serve as an escalation point for high-risk or complex title matters. Required qualifications for the position include:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.3+ years of experience in title clearance, title insurance, or mortgage operations.2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.Strong knowledge of real estate titles, liens, deeds, and clearing processes.Proficiency in title systems, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools. Pay Rate Range: $25.00-31.25 per hourCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
