Since 1999, we have been internationally active in the purchase and recycling of a wide range of residual products from the (petro)chemical industry, including: Spent catalysts (recovering Ni, Mo, Cu, Zn, Sn, V, W, Al, and precious metals) Off-spec products, by-products and other waste streams (with calorific value or containing metal) Hydrocarbon by-products or similar streams, and by-products from the oil industry About the position As an Account Manager, you play a key role in expanding and maintaining our network of suppliers and buyers. Your work supports the recycling and recovery of valuable raw materials. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers (primarily large chemical companies) and buyers worldwide. Researching new processing solutions for various waste streams, with a focus on recycling raw materials. Prepare commercial calculations and pricing proposals (in collaboration with our logistics team). Advise customers on permitting and regulatory requirements related to waste shipments. Monitoring the order process and ensure smooth coordination between customers, logistics partners and internal departments. About you Competencies You are enthusiastic, commercially minded, accurate and good at working with numbers. You are skilled in organizing, planning, monitoring progress and making decisions. You are flexible, proactive and team-oriented. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree. Affinity with the recycling, chemical or environmental industry (chemical knowledge is not required). Fluent verbal and written English. Skilled in cold and warm sales. Located in or within commuting distance of West Alexander, PA.
