Area Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest RegionOur client is seeking a driven, strategic sales professional to lead territory growth across the Pacific Northwest region. This is a fully remote, field-based role focused on developing key relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market presence within the infrastructure and construction sectors.The ASM will be calling on Civil/Structural engineer firms to drive specification on specialty products into the bridge/infrastructure market.Engineers that want to be more client facing are encouraged to apply.Position SummaryThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across a multi-state territory. This role requires a strong balance of strategic planning, relationship management, and technical sales execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic territory sales plan aligned with infrastructure funding cycles and revenue targetsIdentify, prioritize, and manage key accounts, building long-term growth plans across multiple product/service linesDrive revenue through solution-based sales within infrastructure and construction marketsBuild and maintain a balanced pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities, supported by accurate forecasting and CRM disciplineProspect and develop new business opportunities through market engagement and relationship buildingAdditional ResponsibilitiesEngage with municipalities, Departments of Transportation, engineering firms, contractors, and industry associations to influence project specifications and outcomesRepresenting the organization at trade shows, industry events, and business development initiativesServe as a liaison between customers, engineering teams, and internal operations to ensure successful project executionTravel regularly throughout the region to support customers and active opportunitiesQualificationsExperience in technical, solution-based B2B sales, ideally within heavy civil, infrastructure, or construction environmentsStrong background in sales, project delivery, or related fields preferredProven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated success in developing and executing key account strategiesAbility to operate effectively in a remote, field-based roleReliable transportation and a functional home office with high-speed internetEducationBachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
